No. No, they won't.

There are countless threads created (and many in the wrong forum channels) that are simply people asking questions that were answered in the Wiki, in stickied threads, in in-game mail sent in an attempt to mass-educate the prisoners, and in the thread right above/below the one they've just created. In general, people are simply lazy, and can't be bothered to read.

So many players that aren't complete idiots will tell you that Mufasa's completely justified in the way he handles situations involving "n00b"s.

I remember at first, i thought Mufasa as a bit raw on everyone too..

But seriously, after less than one month on this game.. I'M starting to get suicidal everytime i just come onto the forums to read for a couple of shitty minutes, so I can only imagine how it is for him and the other devs.

So many..simply DUMB people who refuse to spend any energy on researching the smallest thing themself so they rather come onto the forum and mindrape everyone with it.

I agree that people need to spend a bit of time reading rules/wikis before making threads. However, there is one point that I'd say MACHETE got right is that you can't really expect someone to do all the work required to find certain specific threads.

There's an easy solution to this though: Make some god damn friends. You can't just hop in a brand new game and expect to know all the rules. However, everybody should know how to make friends. Then you can bother your friends when you need answers, instead of posting new threads because you think for some reason there's no other way to get answers.

Hmmmmmm yes... finding friends is good... and not so hard to do in this game... if you hit people up with a nice attitude... but the chorus... or whatever the name of the part that goes over and over in a song... seems so fitting at times for me of late...

I agree on that part to, about not being able to find all threads themself.. I mean I personally can admit to have made a post or two maybe that I wouldnt have done if i had found the thread I was looking for.

The point is also that, some things are really basic you know, "Read FAQ's before doing that.." "Check the help/wiki if you need this" etc, and thats basic stuff that most people who has ever joined an online community should know.

Also, one other thing that I think is a bit bad, is kicking lowlevels/new players (lets say a level 1) into the isolation for 2 weeks isnt probally the best move, obviously the new guy/girl didnt know better, a simple warning and delete of the thread/post should be fine if its the first time, because once you think about it, if you start a game, and the first interaction you get from another player is an isolation for 1-2 weeks from the admin himself, youre most likely to forget the game and stop playing it, since you really havent put any effort into it from the first place...So yeah, its a bit like banning people, which is one of the last things we need on here heh..
