It's probably one of the most complicated parts of the game, and its really where the RPG of MMORPG comes into play fully you could say. There's countless setups to choose from giving loads of different results. It's what i'm currently trying to get my head around and fully make the most of.

no need to be high level to have cellsets. I got a couple, and I'm just lvl 6. Of course, they are not as effective as they would be if I was in AZ with the big cash to buy rare amenities, but still. They work good enough for the stuff I have to do.
