see how the bottom row of amenities is blocked...ive tryied refreshing, and clearing my cell no matter what i do its always blocked

What version of windows are you using?? Along the top bar next to the refresh icon, there is an icon looks like sheet of paper torn in two, it adjusts settings (compatibility view) i had similar problem at one time clicked on that and it corrected for me,, won't hurt to try.
I think you just showing off 2 unopened bundles really
