random question
As I see it:
Low strength, high speed, medium def
loses to
High strength, low speed, medium def
&
Medium strength, high speed, low def
loses to
Medium strength, low speed, high def
------------------------------------------------------------
Also, if the other person trains
Medium-high strength, medium-high speed, nonexistant defense
it's beaten by
Low strength, nonexistant defense, extra-high defense
So defense is vital to winning fights when you know your opponent.
Am I wrong?
i was just mindfucked trying to read that

Why?
it always depends on who yur fighting..no matter what kind of trainer you are

I know, but if you know what kind of trainer your opponent is and what cell he's using you can adjust your cell to better counter his stats.
true..but thats after the fact..like i have know clue what u train..but if we all of a sudden went to war..theres no time to spy you and adjust my cell..is just on...

I'm not talking about war. In war, there's no strategy. Murphy's laws throw a 6-pack of wrenches in the mind-gears of those who plan out battles. I'm just saying that someone with a build that might be dominated by one person could beat the person who beats them. Like some pokemon fire-grass-water stuff.
i think i get u ...but how i see it..speed str have two chances at winning...def has one...we can all train how we want...but to me def is at a big disadvantage

you forget the random + or - 10% factor on defense and strength... so someone can have lower strength than their oponnents defense and still win...

As long as your defense is substantially larger than their strength, their speed doesn't count for anything. It just wears down their stamina, allowing your strength to crush their defense, which, assuming they're a speed trainer in the first place, is very low.
EDIT: To Hanako, if you train defense mainly and strength a little on the side, unless your opponent puts quite a bit of emphasis on strength, the difference should be enough. I could be wrong, though.
