Yeah its the speakers that are at fault for giving the low volume then... try taking back for a refund because it could be due to a poor earth and hence they're at fault.

. True but some shit is just badly designed. The lack of control over the volume of the headphones is the design of the speakers themselves... you wont be able to do anything about that.

Hell yeah... I need things very high volume when I listen to music. Though I am a little deaf after years of heavy metal, power tools, rock gigs and a car that is over 100 dB at full throttle

Do drugs add on to base stats or cell stats? I should know but im not 100%
