Yes, but stats are boosted by 100%-400% in cells. If someone's putting both strength and speed amens into their cell, it'll dilute the effectiveness.

Also, say you have 20mil defense, 9mil strength, and 1mil speed. If someone has 1mil defense, 16mil speed, and 13mil strength, making it even stats, and you have +100% def, that puts you at 40mil defense, and 100% on their strength is 26mil. Originally a 7mil difference, now a 14mil difference. Since percentages scale stats, the more you have in a single stat, the more effective it is. Being a main defense trainer allows you to put more into a single stat, rather than trying to balance strength and speed.

I still support this type of stat allocation, at least for lower levels. Since in SD your cell can be rather large you might very well end up filling space with random cheap crap, adding on to all stats.

I never used that site, so I don't know what was on it, but I presume from the site name that it illegally streamed games without a license.
