yep true or else youll put your body into starvation mode, and the next time you eat the body will panic and store much of it as fat reserves and shit

But you think the body would go into starvation mode that quickly? My thoughts were, people would tend to eat more for lunch because they skipped breakfast....over eating because they missed breakfast.
