this suggestion should be pretty obvious. i have a friend whose uncle died of AIDS in albany country jail (he did not have AIDS prior to entering the jail). i think it'd be cool if you could send someone to the infirmary for rape. maybe somehow get an STD and give to an intended victim? then they would have a certain amount of time to get medicine to treat it while they become extremely weak. maybe make anal strength a stat haha who knows? wut do you guys think?
