Either you have proof or you dont. Its not hard to keep mails until a deal is complete.

It also isnt hard to spy and make sure they have what they are offering. And then before making a thread send them a mail confronting them about it.

If it seems too good to be true it probably is

If they are a lower level than you..then send first..period!
