i heard that too, i never went that route but i know a few ppl that it worked for... and a few ppl that had the same reactions as you described...

Cold turkey is the best advice i can give ya. Started smoking cigs when i was 14 and quit at 17. I smoked bud as well and i just observed the following: im doin double damage by smoking cigs and bud so its one or the other. I hear mad negative shit bout cigs and nothing really with mary jane, so guess whos my bitch? Lol i also looked at the price and most peoples habits wit cigs.....some smoke a pack a day. With the price rise in it thats $70, $280 a month and $3,650. I said one day that i refuse to keep payin that much, yet alone pay period, juss for bad health. Just wasant logical to me

Word g. At the end of the day its a mind thing. Cigs dont get chu high....u juss get that quick 5 min of relaxation(nicotine getting in blood stream) then its gone. Nicotine is addictive, so lets mix that wit some carbon monoxide, fiber glass and a bunch of other bad health choices and call it cancer in a box a.k.a. Cigaretts.
