Ah, here in Oregon we have medicinal MJ. Though there are so many holes in the law it's pathetic. First off there is a limit in how many suppliers you can have (ok I understand that)-though you can have 4 (lol OK why would someone need 4 suppliers?). You can grow your own on top of that. You can have so many plants ( I believe like 8-10 ). However, if you are a supplier you can have an unlimited amount of people you supply. I read up on one guy in Portland that was supplying like 48 people. Now he can have so many plants per person that he supplies. I think he was able to hold upwards for 300lbs+ of cultivated weed and upwards of around 500+ plants all together.

That just seems a bit overboard and that's just one of the glaring problems in the law.

and outside the medical, its all illegal. how the fuck is that right?

Same thing with Oxycontin? It's a painkiller that supposed to be prescribed and outside of the user, any use/possession is illegal? Though here in Oregon you can have up to 1 ounce in one bag and it's a traffic ticket. You can be under the influence and it's a ticket (though not while driving). Multiple bags even if it's under an ounce is something like "intent to sell" which is time served.

i wish my state was like that any amount here will get you arrested for possession. my brother got his possession charge droped since it was a first offense and only .5 grams on him. but my other bro got arrested for possesion of a blunt roach and hes goin to court this week

Oh bro, you should try Nevada. My old lady was "high" and got locked up for 2 years for internal possession. Yup, was pretty fucked up considering when she was doin time, they came out with drug court in which you get a "get out of jail for free" if you are high, have possession, get caught buying or selling etc etc. Ya, we were pissed.

damn i hear you. i undersatnd legalizing it isnt as simple as it sounds but i do believe its safer than cigs and alcohol. all i really want is it decrimalized. in Delaware any amount you get a possession charge

Oh I agree. I am not saying it needs to be demonized and I agree it should be legal. I am just trying to help inform people that in fact the DUI's would go up (to some degree), fatalities would go up (to some degree), the crimes surrounding it would not go away completely etc. That's all I am trying to convey.

debating on goin an picken up a pack

to bad they dont sell em in packs of 5 cause i like to smoke a newport while stonded

Good for you Bubba. Serious, props for going 30 hours man. You may want to try a 7/11 for "smokes". They have those simulated ones that you can smoke anywhere. From what I hear ( got a few friends that have them ) they say it "helps". Don't start again though, you got it man. Just hang in there.
