It's a good update, even though I had plans to acquire more than my current two dumbbells, it makes it much more fair as it is still a good ammenity to have.

Activity and base stats are all that matters here.

It is the same for everyone (maximums) so all it effects is defense and strength centric cell presets.  I like this more balanced approach.  Mufasa just brought strength and defense maximums in line with speed (with cell amen and weapons).

Yeah, just like real prison where you're allowed a couple mini fridges, some speakers, multiple exercise bikes, a christmas tree (and much, much more), all in your very own cell (of which you can upgrade the size when you're feeling cramped).
