What about a judge from each of the most respected gangs, but use them on all your competitions. Like American Idol, they don't change Judge every year. That way you would have someone you could trust to judge and don't be on someones side receiving messages asking to vote.

That is not a bad idea. Only problem I would see with that is can you find someone who is not biased? Sorry if that isn't worded properly.
