The validation will happen more frequently if you frequently do actions that cheaters frequently do (like mass criming, searching the yard etc). It should NOT come up if you're just sitting there browsing the forums (unless you JUST came from a crime or something).
I'm going to close this thread since it's just got way off topic anyways.
