I would support the lessening of the 10 minute wait time... makes it to easy when people can crime 4 million in 5 mins... i can't crime more than 1.5 million... stupid bottom of the world... but even that is easy when you can only be attacked and mugged every 10 mins....

indeed. slow connection or not, 10 minute is wayy too much time... everything has increased (gamecash, items) but ive never seen the the ICU buyout and 10 minute limit get decreased, which they shouldve been to adjust for the other changes.

5 minutes is perfect if you ask me, would make wars alot more interesting aswell, not just attack-mug then, wait 9 minutes and 45 seconds.
