yea but not everyone put the same amount of work to train their stats, buy a good cell etc so they could beat others

u guys say you want people to level up and not squat but make it so everything is fair for the times when training is not involved

open yard events are the only time we get to beat on the level squatters

why would anyone level up to SD and have to train daily when they can sit comfortably in their current prison and not have to train and just do events and catch joe/adam? i know if i started the game today i would never come to SD with the way things are set up and what you have to do in SD

actually if you think about it the lower lvls dont have quite the advantage we have as far as money.. i know i can run thru a mill in the event buying items quick.. unless they have someone pumping them full of cash its hard for them to buy swamp water,crawfish and jerky were we can crime alot off cash quick and buy that shit left and right

If you think about it, it's kind of boring to be a level 2 knowing that it takes a shitload of work to get to level 20+, and that there is no real reason to put in effort unless you're willing to dedicate a ton of time into hitting higher levels. It's just a fun addition, go cry in your closet if you're seriously that pissed off. So often you'll see higher levels to go suck a dick when they complain about something they find unfair, then you see a level 25 complaining and if anyone comments on their hypocrisy the argument degenerates into crap about putting people on shitlists and how they are done in the game.

Maybe this is different from the way you've always played it, but that doesn't mean the game is going to pull a 180. Maybe the staff is testing to see how much balancing they could do to keep the game even but fun. Wouldn't you rather have twice as many players in SD with a lower chance to win every fight than have the same 20 people bickering and fighting with the same people winning every time? That's not fun, that's dominance.

But this is only one aspect of the game that has changed. You can continue playing as you always have, and take this added functionality for what it is, an attempt to change up the monotonous grind of regular gameplay and make way for additions.

Or you can stress about it and get more aggresive in the regular prison and piss people off and add to the general dismay of leveling up as a low level with people 20 levels higher than you pissed off at an event that they can completely ignore. The regular yard is open in SD, nothing is stopping you from staying there.

You guys act as though new gameplay is worse than no events at all. If you remember the memorial day event with the microwave, there was one fucking goal. Get the microwave. Then you get the microwave weapon and find out that you have to turn in twice as much for the amenity. But it paved the way for the wedding event and crafting in general.
