There have been other players in the past who did exactly what Jagan did, and they got off with a warning. The only players who got banned were the ones who continued doing it after we told them not to. Believe me, we watch all players who are suspected of botting (which is the main "Jagan did so-and-so" complaint). So knock off this "Boo hoo you guys play favorites" bullshit.

N 2  add to this .. after my firesale the dupe rule was then modified and fully explained which means it was not fully explained to begin with so if you're going to tell me that it was fully explained even though you guys had to modify it then no need to respond to my post SMH

Interestingly, you situation is very similar to jagan's. I'm surprised you don't sympathize with him. The rule you broke was "a actual rule" long before you broke it. It just was never outlined it clearly anywhere in the game.

But, since we understood your confusion, we made an exception and removed the ban from your account. We rarely ever remove bans from accounts. The decision to firesale your items was made in the office after much debate, just as any decisions to take further action on jagan's account will be made in the office.

I understand all that... but to leave him be with no attempt at rectify the unfairness of the situation is not fair to all the players who have worked their ass off for many hours and years... let alone to all those who will come to play in the future. I am sure you all discussed that in the office as well? I don't understand how that can sit comfortably with staff.
