Items from Marketplace not showing after I buy them

Just happended about 5 min. ago. I bought a couple of Cocaine in New Jersey and when I check my inventory it's not there. Anyone else experice this problem with buying goods from the market?

Are you sure someone didn't buy them before you and you just assumed the green message said you bought?

LoL, that happened to me once, I thought I bought something, I checked my inventory, It wasn't there, then I saw I still had my money.
