you get it by sending Jaymeal or me 10k because when we get money you get sent a confirmation code which gives you full access to the game. however if you cant afford that amount please level up to level 6 and then you will automatically receive an email stating a code which will give you access to the surgeon.

hey guys stop it... dude... you don't get it...some players were given early access to it... it will be realeased to all soon... if you had read the thread you would have known... and i am sorry that people were being so unhelpful but perhaps if you had read the thread you would have figured it out...
