Well dvds should be yard only unless they are a holiday item. I mean you could still have say the green hornet and the witch a 2hour only bootleg joe thing, but then we could have american X in the wardens all day for double the favors it costs

Keep Joe doing his thing, if people got the patience or opportunity to find him repeatedly then great they get to build stock, for others that don't have access or can't spare that much time a window of availability in Wardens office would be great, cost is higher (maybe x1.5 / x2) available for 12 / 24hrs only and limited supply only 1 purchase per prisoner. So no one is 'stocking up' with ridiculous numbers.
