Congress is all sorts of fucked up on both sides with corruption. Both sides filibuster when they can if they are the minority.

just like when the bush tax cuts for the rich was supposed to expire and when he was going to let them the republicans said they would not extend the unemployment to the workers that lost his job during bush's reign !! now really what seems like what would be better for the overall economy?

2008 to almost 2010 when ted kennedy passed away. Its not 66%, its 60% for a cloture vote to end a filibuster
