Okay ... this is for people of all levels... We have a new 10% stamina dvd... the challenge is... to look at my cell... and tell me which amens to change to add the 10% stamina dvd... the person whose suggestion gives me the biggest gain will get 1000 eds... my training cell is in now... so see what you can come up with...

My current high gain

You trained using 526 energy, gained 2372 strength and 237319 exp (x4.5)

This leaves me with 1% stamina (14 stamina) and my base stamina is 207

that is easy...take out the vaulting pole and add a blue or red move with the new dvd

Perhaps i should list the energy amens and stamina amens i have addtional... and my base energy... is 77
