lol. OK. 24 hours was set to stop people hopping from prison to prison attacking, mugging, then running, and most importantly abusing the ability to search the yard more times.
romzHum... didnt know about the yard thing, i know u can search 100times @ NJ and 75@Putnam. At arizona it dependes on our NRG i think. But back to topic.
It makes our business [commerciant ppl] go slower, and have to wait over 48 hrs to go back to ur "HQ".
That said, think u can reduce JUST A LIL BIT [let's say 12hrs, nor even 5hrs] the transporting time? or make it less the weekend or something like that? =D

how is it that guards can battle when they need to make sure things are ok
