The upgrade other inmate, i dont get any pop up or box to type the name of the other inmate i'm upgrading, most likely i'm doing it wrong or cant see the wood for the trees. Advice welcome.

@owen: you click the top of the chooser, it scrolls up, click towards the bottom, it scrolls down. That's how it's always been.

The digit chooser for cell raids hasn't been touched since it was created. It still scrolls both ways for me.

 I don't know why but now it works. Yesterday I've try clicking at the top and bottom of the digits but it always scroll up

That was actually done Sunday when I changed some things in the DB and battles/mugging were unavailable for a few hours
