if the government wants to censor american based websites then i think they are just. however when you bring other piracy sites that arnt american(like pirate bay) then thats where they went wrong.

american government already controls what you can and can't view on the web... their just tryn to tighten it up with stricter enforcement

you can access youtube, wikipedia, websites to watch movies and get music now for free...after they pass this you wont be able to do anything that is copyrighted that you dont pay for or it has to come from the person who owns the material...most of those sites are ran from other countries and thats what they will be limiting access to or if they are in the US then they can face a fine and/jail and get their site shutdown...there is alot of freedom on the web now but after this things will really change

like I said in loser terms.... also never said I supported what their doing.. was just stating facts for the people who act like this shit hasn't been happening already... and as far as your "a lot of freedom on the web" shit their really isn't... every website you connect to the government knows and allows you to connect to... bet you can't connect to terriost groups websites and shit they wouldnt/dont want you to see...

terroists organizations are a totaly different subject...SOPA is to stop piracy and copyright infringment
