The captain part seems like it could be taken advantage of as each captain with just pick the stronger players right down to the weaker ones (secondary school all over again) Unless each player is given a number and the captains pick a number each and so fourth this way it will even the teams out a bit.

There is still a flaw in this as nothing can be done if players send captains there number via a pm thus eliminating the random selection.

Im in any way worth a try
