The key is to only buyout for high min times like over 15min the rest just wait, also having low h/p makes your infirm less so haivng amens that lower hp vs raising will make a diffrence

Simple - plan your training. crime up enough cash to bail out like 10 times. If you have, lets say, a bullshit bounty on ya, then find someone to send you the cash when you need it or your main attacker will keep mugging you. I normally dont wait longer than 7 min.in infirm. Have a training plan and stick with it.
