I am training so I can get back to PUT/AZ running. Currently level 9, will train until 90% Level 11.

What's the best way to improve gains?

i was sooooo bored i made a picture of my living room and man how it looks boring

is it too soon to put the la norie game out lol i cant wait for it to come out i need to buy more games its a small collection

Just pack your cell with all the nrg and stm ammens to hand.. thats really all man... I would suggest reading phils training tip on the website
