Training Tips
Just want to start a thread for people sharing their training tips. I have heard loads of different methods over the years from 2eds + Sw, 1ed + sw, 1ed + Lrg water etc etc but I am sure its all diffferent now.
Please post your tips and help answer any questions if people people have them.
I have one question to start - What ratio should your energy be to stamina? Like I have 365 Energy and 880 Stamina and i am getting gains of approx 1800-2000.
Is there a better ratio I could use to get better gains?

SpinelliIts called a 5 year break and the fact that when I last properly trained there was less than half of the amens around nowadays.
You know yourself that years ago people were not getting 7k gains per train so I wanted to see whats changed but thanks for your help anyway

I did a recent experiement Ben which you may wanna repeat for your self to see what works best. I set a goal amount to train and noted down how much cash I had at the start... then i started training with a particular item set. I compared:
2 Eds + small water;
Rbs and Small waters,
Ed, large water, and small water
One train ed small water next train rbs and small waters.
I was wanting to compare time to cost. I was surprised at what worked best for me. i have trouble criming (2.5mil per cocaine at best) so need to maximise the time i invest. Happy to talk more if you would like to message me

i have no idea if this still holds true.. it worked when the high levels were like 18-20 though.
1 nrg= 2 stm
you have to figure out what the stamina number is for an amen at your level.
for instance if a 5% stm amen = 12 stm at you level
then a 5% stm will add more you your gains than a +5 nrg amen, as the stm amen is like a +6 nrg..
you basically convert all your amens to straight nrg and then put in what will give you the highest number.
you still have to have at least 1% stm left over for this to work after a train. this method also doesnt take into account the cost efficiency of training just a straight what cell set up will give you the max gain.
at the top of the cell page it shows stm as a number, you add/remove amens and refresh to see what number a %amen is. takes time to convert shit but when you know it for your level there is no trial and error.
