I think it would also be nice if under the player online link if it had a red and a green bar...Red is enemies and the it shows like a 7 for the amount of enemies online and vice verse

Friends/Enemy list is a nice feature.

I think the bank penalty is severe.  Why would it make sense to gain 1 - 1.9% interest and get penalized 10% for depositing to the bank that I paid a large sum of game cash to open in the first place?  Doesn't that entirely defeat the point of the bank?  I think that will limit the market because people will be more concerned about withdrawing their money than purchasing items on the open marketplace and purchasing items. 

I understand you are trying to stop the hording of cash, but for me this would have the exact opposite effect.  You would force me to horde my cash until I earned enough interest to set off the amount I would be depositing. @ 1.5% in putnum I would have to keep my cash in the bank for 7 days to break even on the deposit fee.  You can argue it is to keep people from mugging, but I would much rather take the chance of someone my same level mugging me than pay 10% to earn 1.5%.
