STEP 1 : talk to mad doctor and assistant

STEP 2 : colect the stuff off the normal zombies by atttacking them

STEP 3 : swap the required quest items for clean virus of mad doctor and antidote off assistant

STEP 4 : talk to the normal soldier

STEP 5 : kill 15 of the soldier zombies

STEP 6 : then spk to normal soldier again

STEP 7 : collect more quest items this time for the soldier he will make grenades for you

STEP 8 : use the grenades ton the fatso zombies they will drop zombie vomit for you

STEP 9: Collect MORE quest items unless you already have them of course and the soldier will make Molotovs

STEP 10: Hit the Big Ugly's with them, this will usually take around 10 or so

STEP 11: Collect the beads they drop
