I am tryin to put my fan on my cell and it says it requires a 1x3 space and I already hav 1x3 space to put the fan but it wouldnt let me put it

Common mistake sir. But Celsk is right, 1 one is horizontal, as the three is vertical

... yes... it would. if you dont have space. move things around. unless youkhave a couch im sure you can turn that horizontal space into vertical
