There are cases of Driving under the influence of weed and killing either themselves or others. People forget, impaired driving is still impaired driving. For me, I have scraped too many people and even friends off the road due to that kind of shit (impaired driving). Not saying don't legalize it, just saying it would come at a price.

i got people in my family die from lung cancer from smoking cigs. i cant smoke a cig they make me sick but i smoke bud all day long theres not a case of someone getting lung cancer from smoking weed. the US should legalize it though they could stop wasting money on enforcing the marijuana laws and spend time busting heroin and meth dealers instead of bud dealers. the marijuana laws have to be decrimalized at the most. now adays getting caught with possession can fuck up someones job and stop them from being able to get a job

if so lay some tips out

my goal is to help make PB smoke free

fuck cigs!

Go to your Doc and get him to prescribe you Champix ... They are tablets you take and after 3 weeks of taking em while smoking, you will just stop! I was a HEAVY smoker but i was taking em for 17 days then on day 18 i woke up and couldnt even stand to look at a cig without feeling sick... The pills make your tastebuds react to nicotine so it tastes like shit... So ye if you have fuck all will power like me then try these...

Weed should be legalized. Not only will it help with the tax base but also reduce the amount taxpayers are forced to shell out for weed offences. Making it legal will also reduce violent crime when it comes to dealing the shit. Besides - I have never seen anyone on weed violent - not like alcohol..

Sorry but the "weed has never caused cancer" is utter horseshit. Bottom line, we are not meant to inhale any smoke, let alone prolonged exposure. Prolonged exposure to ANY smoke will have ill effects and give a probability of cancer. Remember, cancer is nothing more than altered/dis-formed cells that reproduce and spread (to boil it down).

While weed is not high on the cancer risk, I am utterly sick and tired of hearing that there are no ill effects caused from weed. That is utter horseshit and a pipe dream for a movement that is trying to get it legalized. I am all for legalizing it, but get some facts straight please.

P.S. in regards to the no use drug policy that are on most jobs. Just because something is legal does not mean that you could still use lets say the night before and then go to work. You ever hear of anyone getting fired for still being drunk from the night before and then showing up to work? I have. That type of rule is there for safety. Hell, can you imagine someone using heavy equipment or something else dangerous after a hard night of partying? That's why those rules are there and would still be there after weed is legalized.
