I can add that people need to stop going on auctions and asking what an amenity does. You look stupid when you do it, and even stupider when it's already detailed in the first post. Use the watch list if you're not sure.

Another one for buyers
If you bid on an auction and you don't trust the person selling, don't bid. As the buyer, you should be sending first, so if you can't do that, skip it and wait for the next one.
