You may only mug inmates within 3 levels of yourself

Come on,what is this? I log in with 17 raiding,and i cant punish them?????

Change mugging to 3 levels also+30 min waiting,this is not fair at all

total agreement !! especially when its lower levels that dont have anything worth raiding for. please change raiding limits warden 

There's no limits to raiding. Someone's raiding you, raid them back.

Why then is a limit for attacking only 3 levels below...I can attack just 4 peoples who are active,and all of them is in my gang.

And lower mates are raiding me non stop.

Lets think like this: If someone try to steal something from you,are u gonna beat him,or try to steal something from him too?

plus he dont have anything good for you

let's think about this: should a level 17 or 20 be attacking a level 10?

Thats the poent.

We dont attack them if  they didnt deserved.we simply dont want to spere NRG,NRV,STM bars

But if someone weaker try to hurt us,we must to fight back.

I'll take it into consideration.

If we're all stuck in the same damn prison, why not?  So who is Barbarian supposed to hit? That doesn't leave some of us alot of options. 

So this means I have to stop actively playing the game, basically.  Don't wanna gain exp. training, attacking/mugging, etc becuase then ill just continue to level up the way I have been.  Otherwise, I will still be in the same window of people I can hit.

and I dont get on here to play the flash games..

So there's no point in training.. anyone I attack will bitch i'm too strong.  Yet, it's their fault their stats suck...

No point in really mugging and attacking, because there is only a few people I can hit that's not in the same gang.

And if I hit only them, then that leaves them getting attacked at a much more % rate.

I'll just sit tight, until new prison and gangs come out.
