#1, he did the right thing by putting the auto industries back on the USA map, most of the loans are paid in full, Romney was against it, because he wanted more ties to the export Countries.Again, another move to make more investments off shore!

the auto bail outs did not create our debt only made it worse, we have been in dept for most of our country history, a small national debt is not a problem, but when it is so large and is out of control with no limits, no plan to reduce or stop spending there is a problem

the auto bailouts were not a bug problem as i see it, saved jobs and kept us companies afloat, the US government got stock in the companies

obamas stimulus package was a horrible mistake, cash wasted with not nearly the results promised, companies like solyndra that got cash only to waste it, shovel ready jobs that where fractions of what he said would occur

an unbalanced budget, more people on entitlement programs, obamacare and medicare/medicare are all adding more and more debt[/quote]

bill clinton had all but wiped out our national debt , and the auto bailout was a big deal that was thousands of jobs at stake and general motors has paid it all back with interest !!and all the top economist said his stimulus package wasnt near large enuff to fix all the damage bush had caused ! not to mention  fannie may and freddie mac running  a muck !

clinton talk now, he didnt nearly wipe out the debt when he was in office it actually went up from when he took over and left, and part of the reason the housing crisis and financial collapse was because under clintons watch the Glass�Steagall Act was repeaed
