This moral is so funny. The bank limit is so small that even a lv1 player could go over it. We have to pay fee for creating list on Open market, I think it's enough. However, all MUST get used to it. It has been decided, noone (of the players) can change it. 

But I think the money from job should be transfer to bank account (like paying via Master Card).

Bank limit is RELATIVE to your level, so comparing limit to a level 1 member is just silly.
