to that, all I can say is read the wiki. no matter your stats, you will NEVER be able to commit a crime successfully 100% of the time.

Originally posted by Bravo First, I want to say that I'm in no way bitching or bent out of shape about these upcoming changes.  They are exciting, and again thank you for posting.

My concerns:

I dont see how its fair to the people who have been training a certain

way for months..because thats how the game was played. Now, it seems it's going to change up quite a bit.   The higher levels are kinda screwed, because they've been

doing things a certain way for a long time. Now the lower levels can

train a certain way and beat ME per say because I've never needed for

instance DEFENSE. I have as much defense as a level 3 or 4. lol.  But that doesnt hurt me..because i've figured out where I need to put my stat points to be safe, etc on how the game is currently being played.   Plus, most of us high levels are friends..so

the new gameplay leaves us to hit...basically no one. Plus...once we

move to a higher prison..that still leaves us with our own gang members.

I like the level limit.  Within 2 of your own level.  Since this will come into play, can we get different rules for who can be in what prison?  If per say I'm level 12..I can only hit a level 10.  Sounds like they will be safe if they're level 9...even though they're stuck in Arizona.  Can we get it to where we can change the prison transport levels?  If we can't hit someone in putnam, than it wouldnt hurt us to be able to travel there for certain items/amenities at a cost.  Otherwise, It seems that us higher levels will always be stuck in 1 prison without any lower levels visiting, etc. or being able to hit them.  I'm sure it'll all come together around xmas time or whenever these changes come into play.  No matter what, I love this game.  I'm here for the long haul, and hope I can be of help whenever needed.  I get messaged by alot of players everyday, and I try my best to explain things and be friendly, etc.

At this point, I get on this game to be social with my friends on here, just as much as I like playing the game.

The reverse could be true as well. If you've been training one way as a noob out of ignorance, this way you may not be completely SOL because you can use the skills you've earned for a different purpose.

Gabzo, not sure why you went that route but the change to include defense as a factor in mugging has zero to do with who is picking on who and who trained what...

Originally posted by Mufasa The prison levels don't only concern who you attack, it also has to do with more like item availability, amenity availability, crimes etc. Sorry, but I'm not out to make the game easy.

As for the change in stat requirements, it's only been mentioned for mugging, so I don't see how that dynamically changes the game? If anything, it balances things out so different stats have different purposes.

Yeah that actually makes sense. By doing so it gives defense more of a purpose outside of battles. Maybe this will give people more of the drive to increase their defense instead of speed.

Well for muggings, I've had a few random hits done on me, and attempted a few random hits, but it seems any mugging I attempt I get a few hundred bucks max, and most muggings done on me are the same, cept one or two random ones when I was saving for armor&weapon upgrades, and a bank account in Arizona (had one in NJ, never saw the point of it in Putnam, all my cash went straight on items to train) except for any muggings done by supercreep.

Now he is a pain in the ass, and it just annoys me with the amount of random fails he has on me, but its always when my stamina is WAY WAY down that he suceeds, and as far as I can remember, any mugging by him earnt him A LOT MORE than any other mugging I've seen or heard about....

Generally I rarely do muggings, except on inmates that are inactive for near a month (I see it that anyone that's here and active, needs that cash to keep training), attacks I do randomly when I feel my stats are high enough for the time being, but mainly if I do attack anyone, its that pain in the ass, supercreep...reminds me, its been a while, should maybe slap him around a bit tonight before I go to sleep, remind him he's Arizona's C-Block bitch...

Stat wise though I'm glad to see this, reminding people there are 3 things to work on...

DEfense is the most importan! Everybody know that.Training Speed and attack is lot harder way to be strong!

And better offcorse...but lot harder too.

Somebody will tell yeah, that talking guy who have 2k DEF betwen almost 800k other stats. But that is true.Peoples who choosen to train speed/attack are pick a lot  harder(but better) way to se strong...

Just to clear some things,i dont have problem with new changes no metter my DEF is only 2k,i can always upgrate it a lot very quick.

But dont everybodys think that DEF will be MUCH more impotant then other stats since he is easyest to boost?Attack will stay on same place, but what will happen with speed?  IT will be GOOD to have a little speed, thats dont have poent.

Of course the natural thing to do for most players at first is probably to focus on Strength because most job requirements in New Jersey require more of that than anything else.

I don't think defense is easy to boost as most of the things which gives +nrg gives you -ve defense, like right now i am lossing around 50% of my defense, so even if i try to boost my defense sill it will be half, and someone when try to mugg me he can simply upgrade and mugg me. Infact i think speed is most easiest thing to boost as most of the things give you +%speed, while cell amenities which gain your nrg don't hurt your speed at all.. Also the one who has high speed can do more crimes  which means more money, and which means he can train more faster then those who have high defense. & he can upgrade his defense any time, like Barbarian mention that he can!
