They both used a finger for their crimes. The difference was one was white and rich the other was black and poor and even turned himself in the next day because he felt bad. This stuff makes me so sick... i hate the ridiculous way white collar criminals are treated... there have been incidences over here were they have also received special treatment....... parallel example over here... was after the worst earthquake here... the least badly hit area... the richer side of town... got porta loos first... while the worst hit areas... which were in the poorer part of the city received the considerably later... it makes me so fucking

its all how its written in the laws not on the color of their skin(only the crack/cocaine is justified being a race issue because crack is mainly located in poor areas of the country often with minorities while cocaine is a higher priced drugs that judges, polititions, lawyers use and get caught with but its written in the laws i have a white friend caught with crack and he locked up for many years and not getting out anytime soon)...he had his hand under his jacket making it look like there was a gun when he got the cash from a teller in the bank, she had no idea if there was a weapon or not and therefore force was used to commit the crime...the other just just commited fraud and never harmed anyone directly by making threats or appearing to have a weapon...pick up your states penal code book and read and it will desricptly explain every crime if your interested

the guy who commited fraud prob had a defense that cost him a few million and the other guy just had someone apointed to him who didnt give a shit about him...you get what you pay for...the guy pleaded guilty which never should have happened cause he should have took a plea deal to go to substance abuse program for a certain time period and then serve a shortened jail sentance

ive been to court plenty of times...if you can get a good defense lawyer then you can beat the case cause most cops are idiots and dont know how to properly follow procedures, fill out paper work and get lab and chemical results back in time for the trial and you can get it all dropped

And gets disrespected more then any other president before him. People want to doubt hes even american has that ever been said to another president. Calling his wife an angry black woman just because shes a black woman. She one of the nicest people I ever met. Congressmen yelling at him during a state of the union address. Hes treated just like the rest of us black men

C'mon howie the man stole $100 dollars and turned his self in and get sentenced to 15 years in jail. You ever been late on your mortgage and been threatened by the mortgage company so yeah he did threaten people and DIRECTLY STOLE their money and I am pretty sure most of them lost not only their hard earned money but their homes as well and Im quite sure he didnt turn his self in or apologize. And dont get it twisted I know the law and gun laws used while commiting a crime but c'mon man that shit was an abuse of power.
